The cathedral's annual series of summer concerts takes place on Thursday evenings in July, at 8:00pm each evening.

Because of the current COVID-19 restrictions, Easter in Galway Cathedral is being celebrated behind closed doors and streamed live on our Facebook page.

The Easter Triduum

• Holy Thursday: Mass of the Lord's Supper at 8:00pm
• Good Friday: Celebration of the Passion of the Lord at 3:00pm
• Holy Saturday: Easter Vigil at 9:00pm

Easter Sunday

• Aifreann as Gaeilge: 9:00am
• Sung mass with cantor and organ: 11:00am
• Evening mass: 6:00pm

Bellarmine Oratorio Society, from Bellarmine University in Louisville, Kentucky (USA), visits the Cathedral on Saturday 29 February. The choir sings at the 6:00pm mass and presents a short recital afterwards also.
