Christmas 2022
Christmas Carol Service 2022

The annual Cathedral Carol Service takes place on Tuesday 20 December 2022 at 7:30pm.
The Cathedral Choir will lead the congregation in much of the best-loved music of Christmas, in the candlelit nave of the Cathedral; and the story of Christmas will be told through readings from scripture.
The service lasts about an hour, and all are welcome.
Mass for Deceased Clergy & Religious
The 11:00am mass on Thursday 10 November will be offered for deceased clergy and religious of the diocese. All are welcome.
Youth 2000

Youth 2000 gatherings take place in the Cathedral on Wednesday evenings at 7:30pm, and are open to young adults (18-35 years).
They offer opportunities for prayer, silence, music, scripture, adoration and reflection, and are followed by refreshments.

Confession during Holy Week
The Sacrament of Reconciliation is available during Holy Week 2023 as follows:
- Monday - Wednesday (3-5 April): 5:20pm - 5:50pm
- Holy Thursday (4 April): 9:00pm - 10:30pm
- Good Friday (5 April): 11:00am - 12:00 noon; 4:30pm - 5:30pm
- Holy Saturday (6 April): 11:00am - 1:00pm; 3:00pm - 5:00pm
