St Isodore (1070-1130) is patron saint of Madrid and other towns in Spain; also of farmers, peasants and farm labourers. He is remembered on 15 May each year.

The internationally-acclaimed choir of Wartburg College, Iowa, USA, give a concert in the Cathedral on Sunday 21 May 201 at 8:00pm. Admission is free.
The programme includes music by Pachelbel, Schütz, Philips, Jennings, Chesnokov, McGlynn, Whitacre and others.
