Tuesday 2 November: the Commemoration of the Faithful Departed

On 2 November each year we remember all those "who have fallen asleep in the hope of the resurrection" (eucharistic prayer II).

Mass is celebrated in the Cathedral at the usual times of 11:00am and 6:00pm. The Cathedral crypt is open daily for the month of November, and all are welcome to visit it for quiet prayer.

Plenary indulgences are available on All Souls Day and each day up to 8 November: more details here.
