A novena of remembrance of all the faithful departed will be celebrated in the Cathedral between 2 and 10 November, with mass at 11:00am and 6:00pm each day (Sunday 9:00am, 10:30am, 12:30pm & 6:00pm). Due to COVID-19 restrictions this is available online only.
The particular topics each day are:
- Monday 2 November: Victims of tragedies & accidents
- Tuesday 3 November: Deceased parents and family members
- Wednesday 4 November: Deceased babies, children & young people
- Thursday 5 November: Deceased migrants & all who have died abroad
- Friday 6 November: Deceased due to suicide
- Saturday 7 November: Victims of war, violence and natural disasters
- Sunday 8 November: Deceased of the Cathedral community during the past year
- Monday 9 November: Deceased clergy & religious
- Tuesday 10 November: Deceased due to COVID-19
