Local Galway group The A Capella Knights will present two Christmas concerts entitled The Knights before Christmas, in aid of Galway Simon Community, in the Cathedral on Saturday 2 December: a children’s concert at 3:00pm and an evening concert at 7:45pm.
Special guests at the children’s concert include the Hession School of Dance and the choirs of Scoil íde and Claddagh National School. At the evening concert, the Knights will be joined by the Hession School of Dance, Galway Simon Music Project, Frenchville Brass Ensemble and Galway City Youth Choir.
Tickets for both concerts cost €15.00 and are available from www.galwaysimon.ie; admission to the children’s concert is free of charge to anyone under the age of 12 when accompanied by an adult.
