The Encounter, a night of prayer, music, adoration and reconciliation, will take place on Tuesday 23 December 2014 in Galway Cathedral.
It starts with Mass at 18:00 and continues until 22:00. Young people will take to nearby streets to invite people to come and light a candle in the church and to spend some time in prayer in an effort to help keep Christ as the focus this Christmas.
